CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND PAYMENT TERMS: Shipping is via the United States Postal Service without insurance. EXCEPTION: Products containing alcohol will ship via UPS ground or USPS surface, NO exceptions.

INTERNATIONAL/CANADA: Shipments are via US Postal Service, 'Global Priority' mail and incur a nominal one-time additional fee and MUST include a phone number. If your phone number is not disclosed in the 'Address' section of your Paypal Profile, you must email it prior to shipment by clicking the 'Contact' tab in the upper right corner of the 'Products' page. Shipments outside of the US borders require at least three (3) weeks for delivery from the date of shipment.

Steps: 1-Clearly 'Print' both your name, mailing address, your email address and a phone number on the bottom and Fax to 636-922-0308. No cover sheet is necessary. Sue or Wendy will contact you at the phone number given for your billing Information. (Normal business hours - CST, Monday thru Friday.

POSTAL MONEY ORDER BY MAIL: Use the online shopping cart which will add your items, calculate shipping and arrive at a total. Print 2 copies of your order by using your 'Print Icon' or 'CTRL+P' then exit without completing the transaction with 'Checkout'.

Steps for mail order: 1 -Clearly 'Print' both your mailing address on one copy along with your email address so that we can email you your shipment tracking number (or contact you for any reason).

2-Enclose both copies with your payment, one will be returned to you as your Packing Slip.

Delivery:  Please allow up to ten (10) business days for delivery in the continental United States after receipt of your completed payment.

REFUND POLICY:  We strive to offer quality products but if you are not completely satisfied, return the products within twenty (20) days of the delivery date for a full refund of product price paid, less shipping.  Include either; the transaction number, email address or last name used for the purchase thru Paypal to credit the appropriate order. 

NO refund or replacement will be made for shave soap that has been degraded by microwave, oven process, double boiler process or any method of applied heat to my soap.  Please email me with any questions, comments or suggestions you may have.
